The online realty company Trulia needed to settle its growing staff intxed amount of real estate: 25,000 square feet on two floors of a classic San Francisco building. POD filled the space with 26 flexible benching workstations, creating a work “subdivision” with plenty of elbow room for each plot, a color motif to keep everyone in the same neighborhood and comfortably mobile seating to encourage frequent visits next door. The furniture was ordered at the end of September 2010, and the install began at the end of November. Trulia was up and running on December 6. In addition to Trulia San Francisco, POD furnished the company’s Denver office with 160 stations phased in over a five-month period. In both locations our plan combines the functionality of plain, solidly-constructed furniture with the bright and welcoming palette that a successful realtor requires.
